The People Behind the Purpose
I began my cancer journey July 2023 when diagnosed with breast cancer.
I felt alone and stressed.
After treatment began, I found that support was lacking. From navigating insurance and financial copays, managing the day to day side effects, and adjusting to this new life turned upside down-I was left on my own to find answers.
I wanted to start this program, When Things Get Loud, so other women will not go through what I have.
Cancer is tough but we are tougher!
My hope is that others will find what I have found helpful and build a community together.

Angela is the Founder and CEO of Honey Cloudz, a woman-founded brand redefining breast coverage, balancing, and post-surgery solutions through patented non-slip innovation, thoughtful design, and a deep commitment to women’s comfort and confidence.
With over 15 years of experience in swimwear design, Angela built her career engineering garments for precision fit and performance. Yet she saw a glaring gap in the industry: bra inserts—and breast forms. In 2018, she launched Honey Cloudz and developed the first ever hybrid bra insert combining cloud-soft foam with a patented 100% medical-grade silicone grippy-dot exterior—designed to stay in place without adhesives or constant adjusting. What began with solutions for swim and sport quickly evolved as women recovering from mastectomies and lumpectomies began reaching out for alternatives to heavy, uncomfortable breast forms. Recognizing how underserved they were, Angela expanded the brand into lightweight, breathable breast balancing and breast form solutions—created in collaboration with breast health nurses and professional bra fitters.
Today, Honey Cloudz offers 11 thoughtfully designed breast solutions for asymmetry, post-surgery, and everyday support. The brand has been featured by O Magazine, The View, and Rachael Ray, and is available nationally through Target.com. But more importantly, it has become a trusted name loved by women seeking reliable support that works in real life.
Angela speaks on category disruption, women-led product innovation, and building brands rooted in deep listening and real world testing. Her guiding belief is simple: Confidence starts with Comfort™. And when women are truly supported, they show up differently—in their bodies, their work, and their lives.

I have worked in healthcare for 26 years, and I currently work as a Licensed Practical Nurse at a Hematology Oncology Cancer Center. I will be talking to you about your spiritual well being, but I am not here to preach. I do, however, want to help you find ways you can keep your spirits up so that you can beat these cancers.
I’m Kathy’s friend, neighbor, and unofficial “covert wingman”—a role I earned sometime after she stopped trying not to like me. As Community Building Session Leader, I’m passionate about helping people build connections, speak up, ask questions, and advocate for themselves with confidence. I’m also Rigby the beagle’s mom; while I tend to bring the humor and sass, Rigby is the one responsible for the calming influence.
